• The motifs, patterns, and borders all scale harmoniously with the size of your rug, so your final product may slightly differ from the representation online.
• Due to the handmade nature of the product, the colors of your rug may vary slightly from their online representation, but never to a significant extent.
• The width and length of your rug may deviate by a few centimeters from the standard size due to the handmade production process.

All orders ship for free!

• If your rug is from our MADE TO ORDER collection, you can expect it to ship within 90 - 120 business days from the order date.
• If your rug is from our READY TO SHIP collection, you can expect items to ship within 3 - 5 business days.

• As all of our rugs are made by hand, each may have slight inconsistencies or unique qualities. These variants are what make your rug truly one-of-a-kind.
• We try our best to display our rugs in natural lighting. However, due to differences in screen settings, colors may vary slightly on different monitors. If you have any questions about the colors, please do not hesitate to contact us by email.

• After they are hand knotted in India, our rugs are professionally washed and need no further preparation before use.
• Clean at home by vacuuming as needed.
• To remove stains, we recommend first blotting any residue with a clean cloth and then gently treating the affected area with warm water and mild dish soap.
• Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals.

If necessary, you can have your rug professionally cleaned.

To extend the lifespan of your rug, we recommend using a felt and rubber rug pad.
